A place to visit again
The restaurant was very sepcial and organized with the close supervision of cheerful Mr. AHMED MAHMOUD and ghe whole team who was very helpful. The variety of food and the taste was exceptional with talented Chef I think Mr. MAHMOUD EL TAYEB The reception team was perfect in check-in and check-out and replying to our questions The animation team was very interesting and had no issue to extend playing time as what happened with mr.Mario The beach and the pool were perfect also

Wonderful
The hotel, the beach and its surroundings are nice and clean. The rooms were always meticulously cleaned. The food menu was varied and tasty. Mr. Ahmed Mohamed the resturant manager was very welcoming and he went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.He is an intelligent and educated man and does his job conscientiously and professionally. Same for the reception team especially Mr. Wael We will be happy to come back to the hotel again.

Wonderful
Great staff, smiling and friendly. Food is various and really good. We enjoyed snorkeling with Blue Ocean.
The mattress is too old. I had pain in my back every night as mattress quality is not good. Too many sales people on the beach. Starters at the buffet are still frozen sometimes. You should also improve the cocktails, they are not so good.
